How to put on Hand Wraps
There are many ways to put on hand wraps. Boxing, kick-boxing, MMA and Thai boxing all have there own methods to use depending on the circumstances.
When it comes to training I think these three examples are the easiest ways to wrap your hands to protect your wrist and metacarpals. When it comes to fights your trainer will have the best method for you and may require packing your knuckles with strapping tape to increase the knuckle size before you put your hands into the gloves.
The best thing to remember is they must be comfortable and not cut any circulation to your fingers. If they feel uncomfortable you are best to unwrap and do them again not so tight. You will find the first few times you wear them they will feel strange but after a few sessions you will not want to train without them.
