Hand Pads

The Olympus hand pads a one of the most universal training aids for martial arts.

Not only can they be used for a wide range of hand combinations but can also be used for and extensive range of kicking and defensive drills. Speed, power, co-ordination and reaction drills are also best untilized with hand pads.

There are many different types to choose from. This type is the most common hand pad with a flat face which is great for both hand and feet combinations. When it comes to the material there are either leather or artificial leather types. The artificial typres are cheaper to buy but dont last as long as there leather counterparts.

There is also a curved style which is more suitable for hand only combinations. We will be bringing these in soon.
