Once I have placed my order how long will it take to arrive?
If your order is placed before 3pm, delivery will be overnight on NZC otherwises it will be 2 days. For large orders delivery is between 2 and 4 days.
Why should I subscribe to CSS?

How do we purchase products from the email offers you send us?
This is done automatically via our secure price matrix built in the website. If you have any issues with getting your discount please contact us via email for assistance.
Are my details safe?
CSS has the latest protection to ensure you details are safe and secure. Our customer list will not be released to any third parties and only CSS specials will be sent to you.
How do we Pay?
There are several options available for you to make payment. The most common is through bank transfer or credit card payment. If you want to pay by credit card please press the buy now button and follow the onscreen instructions. If you would like to pay by bank transfer please email us your order and we will send you all the relevant details. Paypal, cheque and cash payments are also options available. Please go to our payment options page for more details.
What is Paypal?
Paypal is the company we use for our customers to use any major credit card for purchases. They are one of the most secure credit card security companies in the world so your credit card card details are safe. If you donot have a paypal account no need to worry they accept all customers using Visa / Mastercard or American Express for payment. Just follow the online instructions and fill out the relavant details.

Can I change my order after submitting?
Yes you can, email us and let us know the changes you want made and we will send you a confirmation.
Can I back order items?
Yes you can, after you have placed the order you will get an email giving you details on when out of stock products will be available.
How do I become a Wholesale customer?
Go to the wholesale screen at the top of our main page. Fill out the details and we will activate your account once we have confirmed your club identity. You can also email or call us with details and we will then get in contact with you.
Can I exchange a uniform if it is the incorrect size?
Uniforms un-used and in there original packaging can be exchanged for the correct size. Contact us, return the original uniform and we will send you a replacement, Free of charge.
What if I want to purchase more than one item?
Thw website will do this automatically. Just follow the on screen instructions.
How do I claim/use a coupon or gift certificate
Contact us via email or phone with your order giving us the coupon code and we will then send you an invoice confirmation via email. You can also put the code into the code book before you make payment.
What does it mean when the size I am after is not displayed?
This usually happens when we are out of stock of that particular size. We have new shipmenta coming in every month so please feel free to contact us if you require a new stock date.
